Overview
CIVITERA-SKILLCORE is patent-pending infrastructure for skill rights. It addresses a question the AI economy has left unresolved: when human knowledge and expertise contribute to the capability of an automated system, how that contribution is identified, attributed, licensed, and accounted for.
Problem domain
Human expertise is absorbed into automated systems continuously, and the arrangements governing it are almost entirely absent. Contribution is rarely identified at the point it is used, attribution is not preserved as systems are retrained and recombined, and there is no established instrument by which a skill can be licensed rather than simply absorbed.
