Who is accountable for the company.
CIVITERA publishes corporate leadership as a matter of institutional accountability: the office, the remit, and the person answerable for it.
Ashraf Izeldin
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, CIVITERA GovTech Inc.
The office carries responsibility for the company’s intellectual-property strategy, its institutional development, and the governance orientation of the technologies it develops and licenses. Decisions about what the company files, publishes, and licenses rest with it.
CIVITERA was founded on the position that the consequential layer of autonomous systems is architectural rather than applied: what determines how such systems act, under whose authority, and with what accountability. The company exists to develop and license intellectual property at that layer.
Publicly available patent records may be independently verified through USPTO systems where applicable. Information concerning non-public applications is provided through controlled verification procedures to qualified counterparties.
