This is an informational website for institutional counterparties. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. It sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser’s storage. Information reaches CIVITERA only when you choose to send it — by submitting the inquiry form, or by emailing the address published on the contact page.

What reaches us

Information reaches CIVITERA through this site when you submit the inquiry form on the contact page. You provide what you choose to enter: your name, institutional email address, organisation, optionally your role and jurisdiction, the inquiry category you select, and the content of your message. You may instead email the published address, in which case your message travels from your own account under your own provider’s terms and this site is not involved.

What happens to a submission is deliberately narrow. The form posts to this site’s own server, which validates the fields and passes them to an external email delivery provider, acting on CIVITERA’s instructions, which delivers them to an internal mailbox. The submission is not written to any database — this site operates none — and the application retains nothing of its own once delivery is accepted. Thereafter your message exists as email, and is kept for as long as the correspondence it belongs to. Your email address is set as the reply address so that a reply can reach you.

If delivery is not accepted, the page says so and the message has not reached the company. It is never reported as received unless the delivery provider has confirmed it.

Separately, the hosting provider that delivers this site records standard request information — IP address, user agent, requested URL, and timestamp — for delivery, security, and reliability. This is a function of the hosting platform; the application itself writes no logs of its own. Retention follows the provider’s own schedule, which CIVITERA has not separately configured and therefore does not state here as though it had.

What this site does not do

Each of the following was established by inspecting the application and observing what it returns, not by assertion:

• No cookies are set — none, including essential ones. No response from this site carries a Set-Cookie header.
• Nothing is written to localStorage, sessionStorage, or any other browser storage.
• There is no analytics of any kind, first-party or third-party.
• There is no advertising, no behavioural profiling, and no cross-site tracking.
• There are no third-party scripts, pixels, iframes, or embeds. The content security policy would block them.
• Typefaces are served from this site’s own origin, so no font provider receives your IP address.
• There are no user accounts, no registration, and no login.
• No payment or financial information is collected.
• Nothing can be uploaded to the site, and no mailing list is operated through it.

How correspondence is used

Correspondence is used to respond to your enquiry, to evaluate potential licensing or partnership interest, to meet legal and export-control obligations, and to maintain the security of the site. It is treated as confidential business correspondence.

CIVITERA does not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and does not use it for advertising of any kind. Correspondence may be reviewed by authorised personnel and by professional advisers, including patent counsel, where relevant to the enquiry, and may be disclosed where required by law or by export-control obligations.

Legal bases

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies, CIVITERA relies on legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries and securing its systems), consent (where you volunteer information), and legal obligation (compliance and record-keeping).

Retention

Correspondence is retained for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided and to satisfy legal, regulatory, and intellectual-property record-keeping obligations. No fixed retention period has been established, and none is stated here rather than publish a schedule that does not exist.

Where information is processed

CIVITERA GovTech Inc. is incorporated in Delaware, United States. If you correspond with the company from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, and by the providers that host and deliver this site in the jurisdictions in which they operate.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise them, contact CIVITERA through the contact page. A request will be answered within the period required by applicable law.

Because the only personal information this site causes CIVITERA to hold is correspondence you have sent, a request will normally concern the messages you have sent and any reply to them.

Children

This site is directed to businesses, institutions, and government counterparties. It is not intended for children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
