Corporate identity

CIVITERA GovTech Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation and operates as an intellectual-property house. It architects, files and licenses technology positions at the governance layer, and does not pursue product distribution in the markets its counterparties serve.

This website is published by CIVITERA GovTech Inc. Corporate details, including the trademark application serial number, are published on the verification page and may be examined through the public systems that hold them.

Patent notice

CIVITERA GovTech Inc. files patent applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The estate comprises filed and pending U.S. patent applications, all of which are pending examination.

“Patent Pending” indicates that a filing exists. It does not indicate that a patent has issued, and no statement on this site should be read as asserting an enforceable patent right. An application may be narrowed, rejected, abandoned, or withdrawn, and the outcome of examination rests with the office rather than with the company.

This site does not publish application numbers, filing dates, priority information, claim architecture, or prosecution material. Selected filings, including any in preparation, are not described publicly at all. Where a counterparty requires filing-level confirmation, it is provided through controlled verification following appropriate confidentiality arrangements.

CIVITERA™ and the CIVITERA mark are claimed by CIVITERA GovTech Inc. and are the subject of a trademark application on record with the United States Patent and Trademark Office under Serial No. 99723160 in International Class 045. The application was published for opposition on 1 September 2026. The mark is not registered, and current status may be verified through USPTO TSDR.

The technology names used on this site are project and filing identifiers used by CIVITERA in connection with its intellectual-property portfolio. They are used for descriptive and reference purposes and are not registered trademarks.

Use of the CIVITERA™ mark in a manner likely to cause confusion as to source, sponsorship, or affiliation is not permitted.

What this site publishes

Everything on this site is published at a non-enabling level. Technology descriptions state what a technology governs and why it matters institutionally; they are not specifications from which a system could be built, and they are not claim summaries.

Two published figures measure different things and are never merged: the number of filed and pending U.S. patent applications is a corporate filing figure, and the number of public technology profiles is a count of communication artefacts published on this site. Neither is evidence for the other.

Controlled disclosure

CIVITERA distinguishes public information from controlled technical diligence. What is public is published openly and in full. What is controlled is named, so a counterparty knows it exists, and is released only to qualified counterparties under executed confidentiality arrangements.

No controlled material is hosted on this site, summarised on it, or reachable from it. The terms on which controlled material is released are settled in a separate executed agreement and are not published here.
