Overview

CEMP is a patent-pending protocol-based system for cyber-evolution memory and adversary memory, with institutionally governed remediation and compliance evidence. This representation is deliberately high-level and non-enabling: it describes what the architecture is for, not how it works.

Problem domain

Defensive posture is rebuilt repeatedly because what was learned does not persist in a usable form. An adversary pattern encountered once is investigated, remediated, and then effectively forgotten, so the same reasoning is performed again later at full cost. Remediation itself compounds the problem: actions are taken under pressure and their justification is reconstructed afterwards, which is a weak basis for institutions that must later demonstrate the adequacy of their response.
