Built to be
usable by everyone.

CIVITERA aims to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. This statement describes where we stand and how to reach us.

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as part of engineering quality, not an afterthought.

Measures in place

  • Semantic HTML with a single h1 per page and a main landmark on every page.
  • Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, and decorative elements marked appropriately.
  • Keyboard-operable navigation, including the mobile menu.
  • Colour combinations audited for contrast against WCAG AA thresholds.
  • Text that reflows and remains readable on small screens and at increased zoom.
  • Respect for the operating-system reduced-motion preference.

Known limitations

We report these openly rather than claiming full conformance:

  • Some downloadable PDFs are not fully tagged for screen readers. We will supply an accessible alternative format on request.
  • Certain technical diagrams convey complex relationships that are summarised, but not fully described, in adjacent text.
  • This statement is based on internal review. An independent third-party audit has not yet been completed.
Need something in another format? If any content on this site is inaccessible to you, contact accessibility@civitera.ai and we will provide the information in an alternative format.

Feedback

We welcome reports of accessibility barriers. Please include the page address, your browser and assistive technology, and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge within five business days.
